I'd like to know everyone's opinion on which Ghost Hunt TV shows you think are authentic and why or why not? I think Paranormal State is the best of the bunch. They seem to be very open to everything, but also look at why things can be debunked.

I like to watch them, but to be honest it's only entertainment. It's hard to really tell if they find "real" evidence. For instance TAPS, even though can be a little believable because of the information on the gadgets (that's nice to understand if ever interested to try out). You can only believe how much you see on TV. At least it's a good suspense. |

I agree, anything on TV must me considered entertainment and not fact. But it sure is cool to watch, but the last Halloween special with Jason and Grant from GH was doctored and fake. But hey, they bought the Spalding Inn in New Hampshire with the money they have made, so it looks like they will have their own Haunted Show soon from the very grounds they now own.

Has anyone watched the new series on the Discovery Channel, Ghost Lab, I think it's pretty good, so far. I love TAPS, as well. I would love to make a living studying the paranormal, as well as ghost hunting. |
